Seamless access and enhanced connectivity

The development is strategically designed with multiple entry points to provide easy, convenient and distributed access while ensuring smooth traffic flow and minimizing disruption to surrounding streets and neighborhoods:
- The primary entrance will be located off Beach Boulevard at a new signalized intersection, making the community easily accessible from key regional routes.
- Additional access points will include a secondary entrance from the north via La Habra Hills Drive, which will remain a public street connecting to the existing and adjacent Westridge Community.
- A third access point will be provided via a new signalized intersection at Idaho Street, opposite Sandalwood, and a fourth entry via a left-turn, right-turn-out-only driveway along Beach Boulevard.
- To further improve access and circulation, two emergency vehicle-only access roads will be incorporated, ensuring that safety remains a top priority.
Moreover, the project’s 110 senior housing units will generate fewer car trips compared to standard or market rate residential. The community will also featureĀ pedestrian and bicycle-friendly infrastructure, encouraging active modes of transportation and connecting residents to nearby transit stops and retail destinations.
