This new neighborhood will offer quality homes built around connectivity, well-being, and sustainability. The heart of the community will be an 8,700-square-foot private community center set on 3.55 acres. The center will provide exclusive amenities, fostering a strong sense of community among residents.

With 82.9 acres of open space integrated into the design, the development places a high priority on outdoor living. This includes:

  • 47.93 acres of naturalized open space for passive recreation and environmental preservation.
  • 13.7 acres of conservation areas dedicated to restoring and enhancing local upland and riparian habitats.
  • 21.24 acres of landscaped community buffers, providing serene green spaces and creating a visual connection between the residential areas and the natural surroundings

Incorporating sustainable features, the project will substantially reduce its water consumption compared to the previous use of the land as a golf course irrigated with potable water, adding new water treatment and detention functions that align with the city’s environmental goals.

Driving sustainability and innovation

Sustainability will be at the forefront of the project, with innovative green technologies integrated throughout. Additionally, the extensive landscaping and conservation areas will support local wildlife and help preserve the area’s natural ecosystem.
