Housing diversity

A vision for diverse housing and sustainable living

At the heart of this development is the creation of a master-planned community to meet the diverse needs of modern families and individuals at varying income levels. The project will create a total of 534 residential units, combining single-family homes, multi-family residences, and affordable rental units. This balanced mix ensures that the new neighborhood will offer something for everyone.

A balanced variety of home types

Westridge Hills has a diverse mix of home types with 534 units spread across four distinct neighborhoods.

There will be 282 single-family homes which will make up the majority of the residential options. Each single-family neighborhood will feature a range of floor plans, with multiple elevations and color palettes designed to create an aesthetically pleasing and varied streetscape.

In addition, 252 multi-family residences will be included in the development. These will consist of:

  • 142 duplex-style, attached for-sale units, offering flexible options for buyers.
  • 110 affordable, senior/veterans rental units for income- qualified residents, helping to address the need for affordable housing in the region.

The development’s commitment to housing diversity is underscored by the inclusion of more than 20% affordable rental units, ensuring that the community serves a broad range of residents.
